How do you judge a Moral Code?

There are FIVE buttons on this page, made with the Front Page--WebComponent--DynamicEffects--InteractiveButton choice.  That choice allows each button to have "hover characteristics" which I have not used -- since that effect calls for THREE separate images for each button.  Perhaps I'll try that later.  Each of these buttons includes a hyperlink to the pertinent page.

The buttons can be changed greatly as to shape, size, type style, size, color and speed of change.

These five buttons, and their respective links, were then incorporated into a file called head1.js -- a JavaScript file that shows each of the buttons in the same space, one after another -- with the present timing set for about 4 seconds each display.

The demonstration of this effect is HERE.

Now that this is done, I can add as many more buttons to that head1.js file as I wish.

I will then refer to these five buttons as "Head 1."  I would design other "Head X" files that fit some common theme or subject -- such as a series of buttons that might deal with "obligations of self to groups" or some such.

Below is a "marquee banner" not as versatile, but can be used.

Should government impose decency standards on TV?
