Vote: President George W. Bush has done more to destroy the morality of this country than any other President in history. His personal fit of anger has led this nation onto far-flung, foreign fields of death half a planet away -- in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has gutted the civil rights protections it took this society so many hundreds of years to build.

Vote: President Bill Clinton has done more to destroy the morality of this nation than any other President in history. His personal and sexual greed, lieing under oath and immorality have sunk half the nation into foolishly following him to the dump.

When a president lies you can call it a moral issue and you would be correct and both the above mentioned have done their share. Does it matter why they lied?
Some may try to rationalize it and say one was more moral than the other, but is that true?
Define morality in these cases one disgraced the white house the other disgraced the lives of those who are willing to give there lives for this country but only ask that they not be put in harms way for anything other than the safety and protection of the country.
